The non-refundable registration fee must be paid at time of registration. In addition, there is a $200 tuition deposit due by July 1, 2011 for all charges incurred (including tuition, extended care, after-school activities, etc.) This deposit will be applied to the last month’s tuition. You will forfeit your child’s place if the $200 is not received by July 1. You can prepay for the semester to receive a 3% discount, or for the school year to receive a 5% discount. Payment accepted by cash, check, ACH debit, VISA or MasterCard. NSF will be charged $25. Payments not received by the 15th will be charged a monthly late fee of 1.5% of the unpaid amount with a minimum of $25. Withdrawal requires written 30-day notice with tuition due for the 30-day period.

EXTENDED CARE CHARGES
The class time & extended care rate includes unlimited extended care from 7:30 a.m. until 5:45 p.m., including days when Satori is open for daycare only. The class time only rate does not include extended care charges which will be billed at the rate of $5.00 per hour for attendance prior to 8:45 a.m. and after 12:45 p.m. for preschool, or after 2:45 p.m. for the primary grades, and days when Satori is open for daycare only. Sign-ins between 8:30 & 8:45 will not incur extended care charges for that period of time.
