Auction Committee Interest

Come be a part of Satori's largest fundraiser planned for Saturday, April 18! Please fill out the sign-up form if you are interested in joining or want to get some more information. The first Auction Committee Meeting will be Tuesday, October 1, 3:30 pm in the Charter office. We meet monthly for about an hour to plan all the details for the big day. No problem if you can't make it to every meeting, all levels of involvement are welcome!


There are lots of ways to get involved from small tasks throughout the year to larger areas including:

Donations Team: Help us contact sponsors and donors and collect items. Requires just a few hours of time here and there can be done during your free time, anytime during the week.
Raffle Team: Help secure our raffle prizes and package raffles for families to sell. 
Event Decor Team: Help us plan and create the decor that will be at the Auction. Requires fun ideas, creativity, and a few hours to get things ready and set-up.  
Dinner Buffet: Work with the committee to coordinate details for the buffet dinner from menu to set-up at the event.
